　　年轻时取得成功后，才华横溢的七十多岁的马德琳·马特洛克重新加入了一家著名的律师事务所。她利用自己低调的举止和狡猾的策略来赢得案件，并揭露内部的腐败。这个角色灵感来源于同名经典电视系列剧。

　　高中生“道会”和他父亲住在乡下，他父亲经营着一家跆拳道馆。他讨厌家里暴力和野蛮的氛围。有一天，他开朗聪明的同龄人“申周英"从首尔来到这里，他梦想着上大学主修跆拳道。随着的到来，大大小小的欢乐开始填满“道会”以前黑暗的生活。然而，他父亲所象征的压迫文化最终扭曲了他们的关系，在一次意外事件迫使他们分开后，十年后他们重逢了。它温暖地描绘了从纯真的兴奋开始的感情转变为拥抱和治愈彼此伤口的深爱。

　　该剧背景设置在北爱尔兰，讲述来自谢菲尔德的19岁主角Jamie成为一艘邮轮的船员，这名得超额工作﹑薪水低迷的主角会上船的原因是她妹妹曾经是船上的工作成员但失踪了，故此他只好亲身来到船上调查。

　　该剧以吉姓一家三代人为主线，讲述外卖小哥吉小禾（邓超元饰）和元气少女苗卿卿（孙芮饰）意外来到80年代，回到了出生地吉祥村，遇到了吉小禾年轻时候的父亲吉荣光（张欣尧饰）。80年代初，吉荣光的日子过得一塌糊涂，因母亲的病欠了同村村民大笔钱。吉小禾为帮父亲还债，同时也为了改造吉荣光，带他到镇上做生意。凭借“超越时代”的思想，吉小禾百战百胜，不仅帮助吉荣光还清了欠债，还成功帮助吉荣光追上母亲高大夏（宋睿饰）。随后又帮吉荣光在南繁基地打工的过程中做出贡献，获得“中国紧凑型杂交玉米之父”李老师的赏识。后续，吉小禾更是帮助“瓜类育种专家”吴教授解决了难题，带领村民走上致富道路。通过回到过去体验了父辈对土地的感情，也更加热爱土地和自己的父辈。
