《全民运动会》节目采用国际先进的趣味拓展训练赛道，节目模式类似安徽卫视在2010年夏季推出的《男生女生向前冲》的节目模式，以水上冲关为载体，整个节目分为户外和棚内两个环节，户外游戏主要设置为多人单项游戏冲关类，户外冲关成功者将获得棚内游戏的参与权。棚内游戏为单人过关，节目将设置近十种截然不同的游戏关卡，选手只需要凭借勇气和信心成功闯过这些关卡，就可获得最终的魅力大奖。
《诗词王中王》是《中华好诗词》衍生节目，参赛选手为前三季中的优秀选手和关主，选手和关主相互选择组成二人战队，经过多期比拼赢取诗词王中王桂冠。观战大学士则为文化名人，教授导师，作家学者等，大学士的作用是点评题目及讲解历史典故。
