　　第三季讲述石垣医疗财团设立的第二季结尾之后的故事，刻画三年之后进化的石垣医院和医生们的成长。

　　余在春（欧阳震华饰）婚姻失败后，先遇上独立坚强的夔或蕌（盖鸣晖饰），不久，春因调查一好友客死异乡的原因，又遇上欢场女子李彤（蔡少芬饰），遂展开一段像雾似花花绿绿三角情缘。
