　　人过中年的片山贵文（大森南朋 饰）是一家大型家具店的员工，坎坷人生令他疲惫不堪，找不到半点舒心的时候。他的老婆节子（YOU 饰）常年昏迷不醒，年幼的儿子岚（西本晴纪 饰）全靠片山一人抚养。在命运的安排下，片山鬼使神差走入了一间名为Bondage的俱乐部。一如负责人所说，超越了极致的痛苦之后，便能感受到莫名的快乐。片山与俱乐部签订了为期一年的契约，在此之后，各式各样的女王陛下接二连三出现在这名男子的面前。抑郁的片山总算从责罚中体会到久违的快乐，可是女王们的责罚逐渐升级，并且全然不顾时间和场合，随时随地能会出现。
