《还有诗和远方·诗画浙江篇》由4位不同年龄段的嘉宾成员，组成“诗和远方旅行团”，与每次新鲜加入的具有“浙江印记”的飞行成员一起，根据名诗佳作中山河壮丽的指引，前往出发三条“浙江黄金诗路带”上的八个地区。感受诗中美景，感受风土人文，感受八种情境、心绪下的旅行，寻找八个维度下的“诗和远方”。每一次旅行结束前，嘉宾成员通过不同“旅途印迹”的形式，给予本次旅行以回应。
每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。
