　　该剧是讲述当了14年未婚妈妈的女主面前，突然出现了又坏又迷人的畅销小说作家吴大伍（孙浩俊 饰）、完美却吝啬的“国民男友”演员柳镇（宋宗浩 饰）、青春又让人心动的体育老师吴延宇（具子成 饰）、可怕但性感的金融代表具波涛（金民俊 饰），从而展开的“4男重启”浪漫爱情 故事。
　　宋智孝将饰演卢爱贞，她成了电影公司的制作人，她从小就体验了各种出轨，当她面前出现了4个男人之后，和她的意志无关， 她的人生逐渐动摇。

　　张伟杰（梁朝伟）在警界服务多年，屡建奇功，因此获调派往严重罪案调查科。杰办案时认识了退隐江湖的车房老板边城（高雄），两人惺惺相惜，成为知己。惟城逼于情势而重投黑社会，与杰为敌。
　　另方面，杰的婚姻亦起风波，妻子叶巧宜（曾华倩）提出离婚，而清新可人的酒廊歌手程月如（邓萃雯）此时闯进杰的生命中……

　　Set in the idyllic but fragile beach paradise of sunny 1980s San Diego, Physical is a half-hour dark comedy following Sheila Rubin (Byrne), a quietly tortured, seemingly dutiful housewife supporting her smart but controversial husband’s bid for state assembly. But behind closed doors, Sheila has her own darkly funny take on life she rarely lets the world see. She’s also battling a complex set of personal demons relating to her self-image… that is, until she finds release through the unlikeliest source: the world of aerobics. Season two found Byrne having successfully launched her first fitness video only to encounter some new and bigger obstacles on her path. She is torn between loyalty to her husband (Rory Scovel) and the values he represents, and a dangerous attraction to someone else. And since she’s no longer the only game in town, she finds herself having to outrun some fierce new competitors on the road to building a full-fledged fitness empire.
　　Physical is produced by Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partnership) and created, written and executive produced by Weisman, who also serves as showrunner. This series is directed by Stephanie Laing, who also serves as executive producer alongside Adelstein, Clements and Bachner for Tomorrow Studios, and Byrne.

　　After spending the summer with his mother in Philadelphia, Dawson returns to Capeside and meets a beautiful, outgoing, young woman, named Eve Whitman, on the bus from Philadelphia. Jen gets more than she bargained for when she tries out for Capeside High's cheer leading squad and faces off in a war-of-wits against the mean-spirited head cheerleader, and acquires her position. Also, Mitch gets a new job as Capeside High's varsity football coach, and a new charismatic, but very stern, principal, named Howard Green, arrives to administrate the school.

　　该剧以1927年“四·一五”反革命政变为开篇，讲述了佛山中共地下党员陈氏夫妇为掩护同志撤离而惨遭杀害，老大陈山河（杨烁 饰）、老二陈青卫（张翰 饰）以及幼女陈立夏（郭晓婷 饰）兄妹三人也因此天各一方的故事。多年后兄妹三人分别在粤药、粤菜、粤剧方面各有所成，扬名广州。因缘际会下，骨肉终得团聚。国难当头之际，兄妹三人恪守本心，用一腔热血谱写出抗日风云的壮丽篇章。
